Rules to Earn and Spend Points
- Please reserve your table online before your visit. Add any request or Vouchers to be redeemed for the reservation. Confirmation and Resv ID will be sent to you.
- To Cancel this booking you will need to enter the Resv ID sent and Date of Booking.
- Identify yourself to the Host on arrival.
- After dining please go online and send scan of Bill Print.
- In case of problems email support at [email protected] with your contact details, CLP# and scan of Bill. Subject of Email must start with your CLP #.
Terms
Bukhara reserves the right to terminate this program at any time, or change the terms and conditions or terminate a membership without notice. Loyalty points can only be redeemed by the member to dine at any Bukhara branch and cannot be converted into Cash or used for Tips. Loyalty points are earned for personal dining and not for functions of over 12 guests. Bukhara Staff and their family are excluded from loyalty benefits.Loyalty points must be used before expiry date, usually 90 days from dining.
